Tryouts

  We welcome swimmers of all experience levels to the team, but we want our members to be competent at the sport. Thus, at tryouts you will be asked to complete EITHER:

 

-a 300 yard swim in 5 minutes or less

~OR~

-a 50 yard freestyle with a time of 29 seconds for guys and 33 seconds for gals

Dues

Dues are $160 for the year, and $90 for one semester. Paid in either cash or check(made out to 'Club Swimming at UGA. Club dues are non-refundable.

Practice Requirements

  Each week we have 4 practices, from 8:00pm to 9:00pm(8:30 to 9:30 during high school season), Monday through Friday at the Ramsey Aquatic Center.

​

  You will be expected to attend at least two practices a week and fill out an attendance form used to determine meet priority and relay selections.
